Really clean and comfortable. We were able to get 3 beds and were delighted to see one bed was in its own room…with a door. Exciting after 7 days of camping with the kids! The only downside is the styrofoam cups, plates, and plastic utensils in the breakfast room. Bring your own if you care about the environment.

Cute place in a good location. The rooms are a bit outdated, but honestly, you’re not spending that much time in there. Everything was super clean! My only recommendation is please upgrade your vending machines to take cards.

Positives: spacious, clean, and comfortable rooms with a decent TV and WiFi. Bathroom and shower are great and are also spacious. Fireplace is a nice touch. Front desk was nice and helpful. Location is excellent. Negatives: Breakfast is absolutely abysmal. If you think you’re winning at life by booking a decent hotel with a decent free breakfast, think again! Be prepared to eat like an utter peasant with only carbs, sugar, and artificial processed additives. You want protein? You like hot food? HA! This ain’t hotel, this a prison! Ok just kidding. I went too far there. At least prisons do have hot food for their inmates. Sorry for the slander, prisons. If you were wondering, on the menu is prepackaged bagel slices, unpeeled hard boiled eggs, gas station pastries, cold sugar cereal, great value sugar yogurt, and the famous continental breakfast waffle. Yum. The free breakfast is embarrassing and heartless at best. Shame on you spruce for cheapening the experience with Walmart products at an otherwise great hotel.

Stayed for a couple of nights. Dark room, very low sink countertop, everything is old and outdated. There are currently construction workers who live here for a while. Loud, noisy, late music or TV. TV connection sucks - very slow, kept freezing or didn't start. No discounts to hot springs like some other hotels have. Breakfast is so so. Good mattress. Nice staff. Will not stay here next time for sure.
